I went for an annual eye exam at Middleman in WPB this afternoon and had an excellent experience. From check in to the doctor’s visit was superb. We have had such an amazing experience since we started going here about three months ago with my dad. He recently had his cataract surgery with Dr. Stuber, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first visit, everyone has been so welcoming, professional, and efficient. Every time we come into the office, the process is organized and we’re in and out quickly, which we really appreciate. You never feel like you’re sitting around waiting forever. The staff at both the Jupiter and Palm Beach Lakes offices have been absolutely wonderful. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Dr. Stuber did an amazing job with my dad’s cataract surgery, and we are so happy with the results and the care he received. We are extremely satisfied with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care. An incredible operation. The size of the practice is obvious immediately and can raise the question whether touch and feel are lost in the volume. Everyone who touches the patient is pleasant and efficient.  Dr. Luzon was a coin flip and I won big time. Even though the pace is that Docs need to keep things moving, he addressed a serious condition with knowledge and efficiency. He explained everything and gave a preview of what he wanted to see next in the progression of recovery. Managed my expectations and communicated clearly and patiently. I have been a patient at the Jupiter location for a few years. Last year I moved to Wellington. Found a Mittleman Eye was closer to me located in West Palm. Went today for my annual exam. Although the location is vast, it is well organized, clean and the staff is very friendly. Very little wait time. The bonus was I was  able to keep Dr Edens since he’s at both locations. The staff is very nice, but unfortunately I had cataract surgery there. After at least three or four visits I was finally ready for my surgery but the laser machine broke so they sent me home. I had to reschedule the surgery and the person that had flown in from New York to be with me had a very nice vacation, but couldn’t be there for me when I actually had my surgery the week after so I had to go myself. I should’ve stayed home. To make a long story short, I opted for the upgraded lenses and it cost me close to $10,000 for both eyes. I haven’t been the same since. They ruined my vision. So now I live with wearing three different pairs of glasses that I never had to wear before. I have horrible dry eyes, which is a result of the surgeries that they never tell you about before the surgery. It’s just been a nightmare. Can't remember how long I've been coming here, very satisfied with all aspects personality, ease of making an appointment, facilities in general. I transferred my 96 yo mother from her prior eye doctor to Dr. Mittleman. I because of the great experiences I've had with them in the past. He tells you as it is. After booking for what I was done was an evaluation,…I drove two hours round-trip thinking that I would leave the practice knowing the cost for removing my cataracts. That’s not what happened. After the staff did a regular exam on my eyes, And the doctor spent spending a very short time with me, I was told that I would have to Come back and pay $200. for measurement before being quoted the cost for my surgery. I found out to be very misleading. The atmosphere is very tense in that practice, I did not see one single staff or doctor , smiling and I felt treated like a number. I recently had my eye exam at Mittleman Eye Center and had such a great experience. Dr. Stephanie Cuellar was phenomenal. She was patient, extremely thorough, and took her time explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how detailed she was throughout the entire exam. The rest of the staff was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient from the moment I walked in until I left. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting an eye exam. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their patients and the level of service they provide. What an amazing group of wonderful people. I called yesterday 9/1 regarding a prescription and Dr. Goldberg who is no longer there. Phil Rx needed him for refills on my eye drops. From the phone call to make my appointment, Jacky was friendly and efficient. I loved that I was able to get an appointment on Saturday. They were all polite and helpful. Doctor was knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I just felt they like to recommend all to get a pair of glasses, however, I declined it and the sales did not push it. Microphone this is a miracle worker. I was so upset because my eye was so hurting and when I came in and now it feels so wonderful. He is a miracle worker. I’m telling you everybody should come here because everybody was wonderful. They were so happy and they were so  and everybody was wonderful all the people it’s faith and Angie  and Dr. Michaelos and Cat and Daimely they were also wonderful. They asked me how I was doing. They came in. They smiled they said hello. They took care of me. I am updating my review of middleman eye clinic, as you can see from previous review from 3 years ago. I was very happy with the organization. My wife and I have both been coming here for the past three years, I have noticed year after year that the way of doing business had changed. They did not seem to be as focused on the patient as they are on making money. I was scheduling an appointment this year and was told that I needed to come in before my eye exam to have another medical exam which would be out of pocket. The same exam could be done when I was having my normal eye exam with dilation to my eyes, even though they do charge you $40 extra for that above my insurance. And of course, whenever I was getting new lenses and frames, they always pushed you into the highest end frames and lenses, Which meant that my eye insurance did not cover much. The company started feeling like a factory line that they were just pushing you through to each different process with a different salesperson. By the way, the whole process was done. I felt like I just bought a used car. Sad to say I am going to have to look for a new optometrist as well as where I get my glasses. From the very beginning, being greeted when we walked in, to the end of the process of ordering my glasses. I was treated with the best customer service that I have received in along time. This is the most over engineered eye doctor for just a normal annual prescription update. I have moved to many new cities and been to different eye doctors in every one and nowhere has been so slow. 2 hours for my appointment and talked to like 10 different people. A check in person, a desk person, a waiting room person, an eye technician, an eye doctor, a sales person. I just needed my contact prescription updated. Simple. Now I’m back for my fitting and I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes for an appointment that should have been a quick in and out. I had a great experience with this ophthalmology group. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little time I had to wait. The office was clean and well-organized, and the doctor who saw me was kind, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went from check-in to the appointment itself.
